CLINICAL DIRECTOR

CRC is seeking a professional with credentials of LP or LICSW with a PhD. 

 Candidate will:

• - Have experience working with a Rule 29 agency

• - Have at least 5-10 years experience working in a mental health setting

• - Be a mature professional who is comfortable working in a non-denominational, non-profit Christian organization

• - Embrace our mission to help men, women, children and families
  heal from life experience of sexual, emotional and physical abuse.  We treat both the victim and the perpetrator

Responsibilities include but not limited to

• - Overall supervision of all clinical staff

• - Treatment consultation with the multidisciplinary staff

• - Oversee all Rule 29 requirements

• - Maintain a part-time caseload

 

PSYCHOTHERAPIST

CRC is seeking a professional with credentials of LMFT, LP or LICSW.

         Candidate will:

• - Have at least 2 years experience in individual and family therapy for adults and children, including play therapy

• - Be a mature professional who is comfortable working in a non-denominational, non-profit Christian organization

• - Embrace our mission to help men, women, children and families heal from life experience of sexual, emotional and physical abuse

Responsibilities include but not limited to

• - Provide individual and family therapy for adults and children, including play therapy

• - Opportunity available to lead group therapy

• - Participate in individual and group supervision with other CRC staff as required for licensure and for CRC to maintain its Rule 29 status.

• - Maintain current case notes and culturally appropriate treatment plans in accordance with Minnesota state statutes as well as with current CRC procedures.   Maintain current and appropriate paperwork files in accordance with Minnesota state statute.

• - Participate in continuing education with other CRC staff
